As the Doctors of the World, which carries out aid activities in various fields such as health education, treatment and rehabilitation, preventive health services, and strengthening health institutions for the needs of people affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises in different parts of the world, we have prepared this clarification text in order to enlighten you regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the framework of our assistance activities within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("KVKK"),
the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
and the relevant legislation.
According to the articles of "Disclosure Obligation" in the aforementioned Laws, data controllers are obliged to inform the real persons whose personal data they process on certain issues.
